Are We Killing Animals Because They are BORN Crippled?!? OUTRAGEOUS!!!
Protest the Brinder Park Zoo!!! They chose to jump in with both feet and in the process of preparing to KILL a loved and well cared for animal that was BORN crippled-The Wrongful result of another ANIMAL RAID!!! Stage a protest-Their vet did extensive testing only to find what the owners were saying was TRUE!!! Animal Owners have the right to make that decision not some vet and a judge!!! Animal Owners are NOT liars!!! STOP THIS INSANITY!!!

Vet testifies in Mottville Twp. exotic animal case
from guest blogger CINDY JOY GAUMOND
“Jessica’s Bettong, Maggie is at the Binder Park zoo.
The zoo did More than Extensive medical testing on Maggie and No injuries were found to have caused her disability.
The vet has not discovered the cause of Maggie’s hind legs paralysis.
Maggie came to Jessica in this condition at the age of 6 to 8 months old and Jessica has bottle fed and cared for her since she was donated to Jessica. While in Jessica’s care, Maggie was loving and personable. So…what has changed?
I’ll tell you, whenever an exotic pet is forcibly removed from the loving care of its owner, it suffers from grief.
Maggie gets around by dragging herself and also with the help of Jessica. What’s wrong with that? As long as the animal eats and thrives, it’s not suffering. How many disabled pets on FB do that every single day?
Maggie has very diminished eyesight, how many good animal owners keep their pets long after they lose their sight?
Many responsible animal owners keep disabled pets. Maggie is said to have vertigo, so do I, it’s not a reason to euthanize an animal or a human, none of the above mentioned are any reason at all to euthanize an animal that’s not suffering!
The only reason a zoo would euthanize an animal in this pre-existing condition, is they don’t want to pay the staff to care for a disabled pet! Only responsible loving owners do that! We make sacrifices for our animals on a daily basis, not the other way around! We Don’t sacrifice animals and neither should the Binder Park zoo!
Maggie is not the property of the zoo or the judge, while this case is still being heard, in all the courts, to the very end, this is still Jessica’s pet and property!
A judge has vertigo, so he feels it’s cruel to the animal??? What kind of judge is this? Does he realize that he’s setting a disability limit on every pet out there?
He said that Maggie could be euthanized by Friday morning, we need as many people as possible to call Binder Park zoo and protest the euthanasia of Maggie.
[Do not call the judge.]
Please speak up for Maggie, she needs your voice to stop her death, she needs to be with Jessica, who has proven that she has loved and cared for Maggie over the last 2 years of her life.
Thank you for being a voice

Seems I need to clarify a few things here-No one has the right to decide life or death over someone else’s animals The zoo vet, Dr. Morrow, has only 3 years tenure and saw the animals 2 days after they were alone and no one providing-Of course Maggie would be starving and needing water-she could not do that on her own-Animals locked in an enclosure require attention…The vet that saw those animals before anyone was carted off to jail has 11 years tenure and works on a daily basis with private owners. Shit happens fast to animals not receiving proper care and all due to an A/C officer not listening to the actual owners or the vet that came I n for inspection-Ultimately this entire situation and Maggie’s death would be his fault…the judge for not returning the animals to their proper longstanding rightful owner HOWEVER, after the stress Maggie experienced with Dr. Marrow, it is highly doubtful she would have recovered. I am not sure the zoo realizes the legal aspects of assuming responsibility of someone else’s animals but if me and mine you know what would be coming!!!
