As previously announced, RPOA has launched our “Countdown to June 2015
Campaign!” (when the Texas State Legislature adjourns) — a battle between
Animal “Welfare” and Animal “Rights” in our state. We hope you’ll join us!
It’s impossible to be neutral because the extremists will win should you
choose that route.

Take a few moments to watch this beautiful tribute to our state.
Then consider whether we’ll allow Texas to change and become just another
“California.” That is where we’re headed with Humane Society of the U.S.
(HSUS), THLN (the HSUS state affiliate), PETA, ASPCA and friends working
24/7/365 in Texas to end all interaction with animals, whether you eat them,
wear them or pet them.
All eyes are on Texas to see if we can save our state from the insidious
evil national legislative agenda that succeeded in getting a “Puppy Mill”
bill passed here in 2011 under false pretenses, after failure in the
previous session. HB 1451 doesn’t even contain the word “commercial!”

Happy to report: RPOA has been “outed!” Some animal “rights” email lists
have spread the word that RPOA has a booth (#144) at the Republican State
Convention this week and “may” have one at the Democratic State Convention
later in the month! THLN has purchased a booth (#430) at the Republican
Convention also.
