The cases are included as attachments for you. these court rulings can be used very effectively to counter almost 100% of the UN Agenda individual property rights violations. Which results in nullification of the agenda 21 plans. These rulings can also be used preemptively in some cases.
If you have never heard of “UN Agenda 21” please research this very dangerous threat to America. On 16 Jan the Republican National Committee unanimously voted that they recognize that UN Agenda 21 is real and that it is a very dangerous threat to America and they oppose all efforts to implement agenda 21 in America.
I know you may not have heard about UN Agenda 21. But have you heard about the attempt to make it illegal for teenagers to work on farms and ranchs? What about shutting of the water to the Central Valley to save a minnow? What about the proposal by Barbara Boxer to sell Federally owned land across the midwest to “pay down” the debt? That will destroy the ranchers running cattle on this open range land that George Soros, Ted Turner and Warren Buffet are just waiting for this bill to pass so they can buy it. What about the “fast and furious” gun scandal? What about the NDAA? What about the wolves in OR, MO, ID, WA, WY and now CA? That are destroying the sheep ranching industry? Animal protection laws are all based on opinions and one person or even a majority of people do NOT have the authority to have law enforcement officers sent out to create situations where the officers may kill a human being using the excuse of protecting animals because some arrogant jackasses think the purpose our government was founded was to defend animals even if it means depriving Americans of our rights and in some cases even killing humans to defend livestock from America’s farmers and ranchers.
The Animal Welfare Act and animal protection laws are actually meant to establish a legal precedence “making it illegal to own and possess your property (livetsock) for the purpose and/or with the intent to use (harvest) your property because the purpose of the government is to protect your property (animals) from the owner of the property (farmers/ranchers/hunters/fishermen).

Here in Oklahoma most farmers and ranchers that the UN Agenda 21 will destroy are registered Democrats so the people referenced in the video by Curtis Bowers above came into OK and have integrated themselves with the Republican Party. They are now using the principles of Sal Alinsky discussed at the meeting to become the leaders within the county political party, guide and influence these people within the party into your agenda. Former UN Secretary General Maurice Strong called on the United Nations to “cause the collapse of America”.
Maurice Strong is a board member of the HSUS and founder of the “Agenda 21” a forty chapter document laying out the proposed policies for their agenda which is designed to achieve Maurice Strong’s goal to “cause the collapse of America.”

The so called “puppy-mill bills” the HSUS is pushing in several states across the US today are really meant to destroy the dog breeding industry.
The Horse Slaughter prevention act is a bill that the HSUS is currently advocating for from the federal government which is meant to keep the horse slaughter industry from starting in the US again.
The HSUS has systematically slandered and maligned the gamecock harvest industry to such a point the HSUS now places a $5,000.00 bounty on any gamecock owner that is caught harvesting their gamecocks, it doesn’t matter if the person may be killed and that the animal rights organizations then get paid to kill the same chickens they claim to have “saved”.
America’s gamecock farmers/ranchers have the same Constitutional right to own, possess and conduct a harvest of our livestock (in the 3,000 year old traditional and modern day commercial method of harvest) as we attempt to earn a living and provide for our families across America today as the beef cattlemen do. Each species of animal has it’s own method of harvest, gamecocks are simply harvested by allowing them to fight. And to promote the idea that gamecock farmers/ranchers should be forced into compliance with someone else’s opinion even if it means law enforcement officers make raids and create situations that may result in killing the livestock owners is absolutely violating the constitutional rights of the livestock owners and putting animals above human lives.
The laws instituting animal rights across America today are really designed to achieve Maurice Strong’s goal to “cause the collapse of America”. These laws are not meant to “save animals” That is clearly indicated by the laws the HSUS push for criminalizing the Gamecock Harvest industry (chicken fighting) as indicated when the chickens are killed by the animal organizations after every raid. Even the HSUS president Wayne Pacelle has stated that gamecocks are for fighting and can’t be harvested or used for any other purpose. These laws are meant to set a legal precedent “making it illegal to own and possess your livestock for the purpose and/or with the intent to harvest your livestock” and then create a danger to U.S. Citizens lives by sending out agents of the government “Law Enforcement Officers” on raids where these agents may possibly kill farmers/ranchers using the false justification of protecting “chickens” our livestock.
What more proof is needed to show that there is a hidden effort within our government to “place animals above human lives” in support of UN Agenda 21?
If Americans would take the time to learn the truth and read the “Agenda 21” document and understand the real agenda of the HSUS “to cause the collapse of America” most Americans would never again donate to the smiling liar named Wayne Pacelle and the HSUS or support their legislative propositions or proposals to create legislation and laws.
Our legislators take the same oath our soldiers take when joining the military. Our soldiers die to uphold this sacred oath “to support and defend our Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic”, the HSUS is an enemy of America and our legislators need to have the courage to publicly stand up and expose the HSUS’s deception of the American people and repeal the policies and laws these animal rights extremists have brought about and/or supported that are being used to “cause the collapse of America”.
Exposing the truth about the HSUS to our elected officials: I feel our legislators may not fully comprehend their oath “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic”.
Our soldiers comprehend that oath very well because our soldiers take the exact same oath. Our soldiers give their lives to uphold that oath and our legislators spit on the sacrifices of our soldiers by selling out that same oath to the Constitution they took when assuming office. And of course with every vote a legislator makes in support of unconstitutional legislation the legislator sells out our Constitutional rights. In the last few years many laws are being publicly exposed as unconstitutional. Our elected government officials have the duty to defend American citizens against unconstitutional laws along with that duty they also have the responsibility and the authority to REPEAL unconstitutional laws. I am not sure why they don’t have the integrity, honor and moral courage to perform their duty, after all many of our soldiers from Oklahoma and here at Ft Sill have given their lives defending the constitution that our legislators are selling out.
I have the Constitutional right to own, possess and conduct a harvest of my livestock or animals have a higher value than my Constitutional rights, life, liberty and pursuit of happiness and my agriculture industry and my government will have law enforcement sent out to make raids and possibly kill me to “protect animals”. The issue of animal welfare is controversial and subjective to personal moral opinions but personal moral opinions have no place in defending Constitutional rights.
Is this really the purpose of our government “to protect animals by creating situations where our government authorities may kill America Citizens to stop farmers/ranchers as we attempt to harvest our livestock and earn a living and provide for our families?”

Nowhere in our Constitution does it give the authority for our government officials to play God and bestow rights to animals and then use the rights they unconstitutionally awarded to animals as an excuse to deprive Americans of our Constitutional rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness and make raids and arrests that create a danger to and destroy American Citizens lives using the excuse of defending animals.
Do NOT compromise away your constitutional rights to the animal rights extremists of the HSUS, there is NO reason for any livestock producer to discuss animal care/welfare with these organizations. Animals do NOT take precedence equal to and/or above our constitutional rights (human lives).

Kentucky = animals are property and the government cannot seize the property (animals) of the owner and force them to pay a caretakers fee and/or kill them because they must be able to return the property in the same condition as they seized it if the accused is found “not gulty”.
Cuyahoga Falls = The right of ownership of property includes the inherent right to use ones property. You use your livestock by harvesting your livestock.
Kiowa ruling = declares “cockfighting is a victimless crime”. If there is NO VICTIM and no PROBABLE VICTIM then why is this agriculture industry illegal? Moral disapproval based on subjective opinions.
Proposition 8 = moral disapproval is not a adequate basis to deprive men and women of their constitutional rights.
Spann = The government must PROVE a “significant governmental interest” in infringing on constitutional rights and if they must, the government will do so in the least intrusive manner.
Yick Wo = The government can not deprive a group of thier (means of earning a living) industry that has a long standing history of existence. Can you enforce the equivalent of the cockfighting law on other livestock industries “making it illegal for gamecock farmers to own, possess and harvest their livestock, earn a living and provide for their families?”
Another case which I did not attach to this e-mail but is very important and relevant is:
U.S. Vs. Frega = a RICO Act case that would lead to the deterination that the HSUS leaders like Cynthia Armstrong along with those within the government such as Judge James Winchester and Janet Halliburton can be brought up on charges for Racketeering and collusion.
Why the HSUS pushes for laws to criminalize the gamecock harvest industry is to destroy the agriculture industry and establish a legal precedence “making it illegal to own and harvest your livestock”. But the reason they push “FELONY” animal cruelty laws actually goes a step further and is tied to the UN effort to disarm Americans.
All of these efforts are carefully coordinated to support the global elitists publicly professed agenda “to cause the collapse of America” and bring about the UN new world order, one world government controlled and run by the UN Secretary General under the UN Agenda 21 policies.
The HSUS is one of the non-government organizations promoted by former UN Secretary General and HSUS advisor and board member Canadian Maurice Strong and his stated goal “to cause the collapse of America”.
And that is why they’re trying so hard to make all of the animal cruelty laws felonies is the UN Agenda 21 supporters within our government know that the majority of rural Americans are gun owners. And we make up a large percentage of America’s animal owners. If the animal right extremists of the HSUS can successfully make all animal cruelty laws felonies then rural people convicted of animal cruelty become felons.
This then allows our Federal Government to not only deprive many rural Americans of our constitutional rights to own, possess and harvest our livestock but will also unconstitutionally deprive many of our rural people of our second amendment rights over animals as well.
And the biggest obstacle of the UN Agenda 21 advocates at this time is THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, THE SECOND AMENDMENT AND GUNS IN THE HANDS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS. THE GLOBAL ELITISTS WITHIN AMERICA SUPPORTING THE UN AGENDA “TO CAUSE THE COLLAPSE OF AMERICA” AND END AMERICA’S SOVEREIGNTY TO BRING AMERICA UNDER UNITED NATIONS CONTROL MUST INSTITUTE POLICIES THAT WILL REMOVE AS MANY GUNS AS POSSIBLE FROM THE AMERICAN CITIZENS.
We all know the cockfighting laws are unconstitutional and we know the leadership of the UN Maurice Strong has called on the UN to “cause the collapse of America” and now you can put the pieces of the puzzle above in place also. And the picture becomes clearer every single day. The HSUS’s primary effort is to assist in bringing about the UN Agenda 21 policies but another carefully crafted but hidden effort is also removing the second amendment rights and our guns from rural Americans.
That was also the purpose of the “fast and furious” program but some of the FBI agents and American gun dealers exposed this agenda before the Obama administration could use it to destroy our second amendment and seize our guns.
We know left wing socialist supporters are trying to take prayer out of our schools and remove all images of God from American history and our children’s lives. Because they are trying to destroy our understanding of “unalienable rights” and where our unalienable rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness actually generate from which is God because the fact that our rights are derived from a higher authority (God) that places our rights beyond our government’s authority to take from us and their global socialist government agenda fails with that knowledge widespread among the American population.
Our Sheriffs and our legislators have the power and the authority to stand against this agenda and stop it if they have the courage. In truth, I hope and pray that our elected leaders find their integrity and honor and have enough courage to stop supporting this agenda and return to upholding their oath to “support and defend the Constitution” before a rural American gamecock farmer/rancher trying to harvest his livestock (gamecocks) in the same method of harvest they have been harvested for more than 3,000 years is killed using the pretense of protecting gamecocks (chickens).
