FBI Animal Cruelty Database to Begin 2016

How many people have been falsely accused of animal cruelty and then contacted the FBI as an Act of Animal Enterprise TERRORISM and the FBI does NOTHING!?!…Just because a person has been accused, it doesn’t make it so…as a matter of fact, these laws were designed for intentional cruelty yet people are loosing there property with an accusation.

And now my taxpayer dollars (and YOURS) will be used for the FBI to track animal cruelty cases-WTF!?! Who makes these decisions??? How about tracking terrorists coming into our country instead of any concern for people falsely accused of abusing their property and having their lives destroyed and stop the killing and injuries to US citizens.

“Animals are private property, the farmer can treat and/or dispose of their animals any way they want.

All part of the plan pushed by the global elite and their cronies inside the offices of the federal government. The communist UN Agenda 21 is meant to destroy human rights and move animals above human lives.

Yale Law Professor Stephen Carter tells his class on the first day, “Do not support any law unless you personally approve the killing of a person to support (enforce) that law.” Animal welfare/animal cruelty laws are actually just usurpation of human (civil) rights being used as excuses to commit theft by the government and animal rights organizations under the color of unconstitutional animal welfare/animal cruelty laws often using the clueless government officials as co-conspirators.

Animal rights idiots are usually emotionally based falsely arrogant morons that think the government should make raids and possibly kill any person that doesn’t agree with their moronic ideology.

The real question that must be answered by each individual is how many people do advocate as the acceptable number for government agents to hurt, cripple and/or kill to force everyone into your personal opinion regarding animals?” -BL Cozad Jr

The FBI has announced that starting next year it will be adding a new category to its crime statistics reporting and for the first time will begin tracking crimes of animal cruelty.

Until now the FBI lumped animal cruelty crimes into a catch-all category with other crimes that do not easily fit in a particular category into its National Incident Based Reporting System, the Baltimore Sun reports.

Mary Lou Randour, senior adviser for animal cruelty programs and training at the nonprofit Animal Welfare Institute, told the paper that until now there wasn’t an easy way to see national statistics.

“There was no way to find out how often it occurs, where it occurs, and whether it was on the increase,” Randour told the paper. “Empirical data is important. It’s going to give us information about animal cruelty crime so we can plan better about intervention and prevention.”

Randour noted that these stats are important for tracking early instances of anti-social or violent behavior in individuals that may go on to cause more problems for society. Often, she noted, animal cruelty is a precursor to later violence.

Baltimore County prosecutor Adam Lippe agrees with that assessment saying, “If you’re willing to exert that in a cruel, malicious and vicious way, then you’re likely to do that to people, too, who don’t have power, like children and vulnerable adults. It’s an issue of a lack of empathy.”

Upon the FBI’s announcement of the new category, Amy Blasher, FBI unit chief, said, “[The National Sheriffs’ Association and the Animal Welfare Institute] believe that animal cruelty was an early indicator of violent crime, and that’s really what led the discussions with our law enforcement partners throughout the country.”

The FBI published a definition of its new category:

Intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly taking an action that mistreats or kills any animal without just cause, such as torturing, tormenting, mutilation, maiming, poisoning, or abandonment. Included are instances of duty to provide care, e.g., shelter, food, water, care if sick or injured; transporting or confining an animal in a manner likely to cause injury or death; causing an animal to fight with another; inflicting excessive or repeated unnecessary pain or suffering, e.g., uses objects to beat or injure an animal. This definition does not include proper maintenance of animals for show or sport; use of animals for food, lawful hunting, fishing or trapping.

Still, it may take up to six years of reporting for any trends to be seen.

But supporters of the new statistics are pleased with the new effort.

“I hope that [the new data] us going to bring to light some associations of who animal abusers are, what their backgrounds are, what they go on to do,” Dr. Martha Smith-Blackmore, a forensic veterinarian who studies animal abuse cases, told the Sun.

YOUR TAX DOLLARS at work!!!

This new category was pushed by Wayne Pacelle-CEO The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) YET, HSUS is under investigation by several Attorney Generals of several states for FRAUD!!! Exactly WHO decided to by into the agenda of Fanatical Animal Rights Terrorists…??? Just a wee bit of common sense wasn’t considered.

Cases that have been reported to the FBI as illegal and unconstitutional, as acts of terrorism (AETA-Animal Enterprise Terrorist Act) which should protect you from the overstep of the government-IGNORED and NOT investigated even when no crime has existed-No criminal charges-No criminal trial and no criminal judgment so the case goes by as a civil forfeiture without consideration that in reality was a color of law animal seizure as it would be on any other property.

The accused is left with the expense of defending themselves in court rooms without a jury, no discovery to know what they actually are being accused of, time constraints, even arrested without any criminal charge and held until they agree to forfeit their right as rightful legal owners of valuable property. This type of conspiracy against US citizens is a total waste of TAXPAYER dollars and unless action is taken against useless and pointless investigations and seizures where the government has no actual interest, it will continue-Now going further to be considered a crime in the database of the FBI.

So, disgruntled neighbors, busy bodies, animal control, animal rescues, humane societies, and other Fanatical Animal Rights Terrorists will be able to make claims against you whether true or not, whether unlawful or not and somehow you will be added to this category, ‘animal cruelty’ into the FBI database-Reality-You did nothing wrong and while stealing your right to own your property all these people will be using law enforcement and the judicial system to frame you as an animal abuser joined by the irresponsible reporting (and often trespassing) of the media.*

“In truth when the majority and/or the government institutes and enacts animal welfare laws, the same government then commits crimes against people violating human rights using the excuse of protecting animals.” -BL Cozad

Bloggers note: While no decision or judgment was ever made in this case as after 2-1/2 years of litigation was dis-missed without good cause or judgment-This is an example of the illegal and unconstitutional taking of animals from their right legal owners with a color of law, wrongful civil forfeiture of animals. https://topcatsroar.wordpress.com/hoffmann-et-al-v-marion-county-et-al-case-212cv-14/

ODA (Ohio Department of Agriculture) continues to take animals from their legal and rightful owners. All part of the FANATICTAL ANIMAL RIGHTS AGENDA-Do not be fooled YOUR rights come before animals…Going onto someone’s private property with a warrant lacking probable cause with assault rifles is not acceptable but indicates that an officer is prepared to take and dispose of human life over then life of an animals (Larry Nance-Investigator for Marion County, Texas in the above case -Raiders in Ohio carried assault rifles…)

  1. To be honest with you, I don’t think the FBI’s getting into the business of enforcing animal cruelty.

I think think it is a way for the FBI to catch all the wingnut false reporters who use taxpayer-funded government agencies for their own nasty agendas when they false report their neighbors, people they just don’t like, to get revenge, etc.

Think of how many of those in the AG industry are turned in on a daily basis by whackjob animal rights people.

I think this may just be a way for government to target those that use government agencies funded by taxpayers to further their on agendas.

I could be wrong, but I just don’t see the FBI going after farmers and ranchers when they get false reported on by dumbshits.

    • I wish I could say you were right but it’s just a data base and nothing to do with investigation or I’m proper/proper enforcement. So from 2016 on they will be entering names in that database-including those falsely accused.

      • I think we should start a database for criminal false reporters and have them get investigated for wasting taxpayers money using government agencies to run around doing their dirty work and pursuing their agendas.

      • Hey, I’m in Start with Carole Baskin!!! Then you’ll have to include HSUS, and PETA-actually PETA files numerous un-founded complaints -All complaints filed have to be investigated-Mis-use of government agencies for harassing longstanding, rightful and legal animal owners…mis-use of taxpayer dollars-Would be interested in finding out the cost of these complaints!!!

  3. Most “reports” on animal cruelty are treated as anonymous. You call in, report your neighbor, and the local cops, SPCA, humane society, or the DA will then file charges. So THEY become the “accuser” that the person has to face in court, and not you. Your name never (usually) gets into the court records. Many of these cases become civil seizure, rather than criminal. When and if a database does get put together, it may include those civil seizure cases as well as the criminal ones. This means, a person may not have any criminal record (you can’t be found “guilty” in civil court), but will still end up in the database because they were “sued by the government.” -Sounds a lot like Schindler’s List, doesn’t it? -No crime, but guilty anyway.
